Randolph Girls Lacrosse Code of Conduct
The Randolph Girls Lacrosse program seeks to provide all participants with a positive and rewarding experience within our program. Achieving this outcome will require all players, parents and coaches to be aware of the standards by which our program operates. It is expected that all participants will demonstrate good sportsmanship and role model positive behavior for the benefit of all. Violations of the Randolph Girls Lacrosse program Code of Conduct will result in possible removal from the event, as well as future events, as well as review by the Program Director.

Demonstrate respect toward teammates, coaches, referees and opponents
Zero negativity social media policy related to lacrosse
Commitment to attend both practices and games and be prepared
Practice good sportsmanship toward all

Demonstrate respect toward parents, players, coaches and referees
Understand the league exists for the benefit of the players
Utilize the 24 Hour Rule before addressing concerns with a coach
Understand violence, profanity and disruptive behavior are forbidden
Refrain from directing players on the field during gameplay
Refrain from addressing the referees or coaches during gameplay
Value the emotional and physical well-being of the players over winning

Girls' Lacrosse Rules are established and maintained by USA Lacrosse to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for players of all ages. The rules evolve as players grow, with specific guidelines tailored to each grade level to match their skill development and understanding of the game. We encourage you to dive deeper into the game rules for your player's grade level.
